ACCORD

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 20, 2026

These terms govern your use of ACCORD. By approving an accord and paying, you agree to them.

What ACCORD is

ACCORD is a done-for-you app studio. You describe the app you want — web, mobile, or both; ACCORD interviews you, rules on whether it's buildable as one app, and produces an agreed scope (the "accord"). On your approval and payment, ACCORD builds it.

The accord is the contract

The accord you approve defines exactly what ACCORD will build, including what is not included. Anything outside it is out of scope. Additions or changes after approval are a separate, quoted change order — they are not included in the build fee.

You own what ACCORD builds

You own the app, the source code, the backend, and the data — outright. There is no lock-in. ACCORD may retain and reuse general know-how and non-client-specific components, but everything specific to your app is yours. If you take monitoring, ACCORD operates it for you as a convenience — you can stop anytime and take everything with you.

Delivery timeline

ACCORD commits to the specific timeline stated in your accord (web apps are fastest; mobile and hybrid take longer and include a working build before store submission). Timelines depend on your timely inputs (branding, content, and — for mobile — your App Store / Google Play developer accounts). App-store review is controlled by Apple and Google; ACCORD does not guarantee approval or its timing.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

ACCORD builds to the approved accord. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service and the app are provided "as is," and ACCORD's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll post changes here with a new date. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Questions: accord@outcomedev.com.
