ACCORD is a done-for-you app studio. This policy explains what we collect,
why, who processes it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain.
What we collect
Your description & answers ("the accord"). What you type into the console and answer during the interview — the app you want and how it should work.
Contact details. Email, and optionally name/company, when you request a proposal, sign in, or commission a build.
Payment details. Handled by Stripe on their hosted checkout — we never see or store your card number.
Project data. The build's status, progress updates, revisions, support requests, and change orders, so you can track your project and we can deliver it.
Technical data. Standard request logs (IP, timestamps, error traces) for security and operating the service.
How we use it
To render the verdict and produce your accord.
To build your app, track its progress, and provide revisions and support.
To take payment and, if you choose, to host and maintain your app.
To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who processes your data (subprocessors)
Anthropic — your description is processed by Anthropic's API to generate the verdict and the accord. Per Anthropic's API terms, inputs are not used to train their models.
Stripe — payment processing.
Vercel — hosting the storefront and storing your project record.
Resend — sending sign-in links and notifications.
Supabase — the backend your app runs on (its database, accounts, and storage), if we host it for you.
Your app's data & ownership
You own your app, its code, its backend, and the data it collects from your
users — outright. If you take monitoring, we operate that backend on your
behalf; you can request a handover of everything to your own accounts at any
time. You are the controller of your app's end-user data; we process it only
to build and (if you choose) run your app.
Retention
We keep your accord and project record for as long as we build or run your
app, plus what we need for legal and accounting records. You can ask us to
delete your remaining personal data at any time.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your
personal data. Depending on where you live (e.g. the EU/UK under GDPR, or
California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have additional rights. Email us at
accord@outcomedev.com and we'll
respond.
Cookies
The site uses only essential cookies needed to operate it, sign you in, and
process payment. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Apps we build enforce access at the database
level (row-level security), and server-only secrets never reach the app on
your users' devices.

We'll post any updates here with a new "last updated" date.
